this will not change because of the types of people we have in government in the UK these days. also we do not have enough Army personnel(being scaled back to about 88,000) or enough Police (about 130,000) to "control" a population of more than 60 million.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
