In the army I ate many, many, many ration packs and very good they are, you can pick them up cheap enough on ebay but... whats the big deal with boil in the bag meals?

You get the idea, the canned ready meals can be great camping/SHTF food and the base of good meals, use your imagination and make good meals in the field.
