If Britain was genuinely threatened with attack , invasion then yes conscription would work.

Joe public is waking up to those 3 conflicts that you mentioned, all the lies that our government told over those for example, that's partly why most are saying stuff conscription now I feel.

we went into Iraq and Afghanistan because of Blair's association with Bush, Biden was responsible for the sudden withdrawal and he will never be forgotten because of it.
Britain needs to stay out of US made wars.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

The only good thing that pm David cameron did was say no to the usa regarding boots on the ground in Syria or we would of got dragged into another oil war .

I see Latvia is saying the UK should consider conscription - given the continuing threats from Putin and his followers -like they are doing.
