Price in pounds? £100! And yep, guess who's going to US in the autumn.

One of my sons?

Well, it's a small world and no mistake. Maybe I'll bump into him.

I've already checked with customs.

i'm just wondering why anyone would want a DUAL calibre gun?? surely you would use one or the other, my air rifles are all .22 i purposely bought them that way so i would only have to stock 1 calibre of pellets.

well imagine your scavenging after an event for air rifle pellets, and you got a .22 and you find a nice box of pellets...but you read the label and see .177 you wont be happy, it just gives versatility, you can still stick to one calibre of pellets that you buy, but have the ability to fire .177 if need be, which is very useful! ofc having 2 sizes of pellets is useful for other reasons, being able to pick and choose what size ammo can be useful, depending on what your hunting and such like, different situations, ranges...etc. etc.

anyways thats me 2 pence

i've had .177 rifles before and i dont think they've got the oomph of a 22, thats why i went for 22s.

Though in general i prefer the heavier weight of 20 or 22 calbre pellets I do appreciated the faster flatter parabolic curve of 177 gives it the edge for pigeon hunting.

exactly what i meant earlier, 2 different rounds to cater to different circumstances, wont be nothing but an advantage!

177 flies flatter than 22 and at a higher speed, which is for some reason the best way of dispatching flying critters.
