RE: Common Law
You are probably right BP, but I don't care anymore mate, I refuse to live in fear of these Nazis masquerading as our representatives. I now firmly believe my government is my greatest enemy, and is constantly working to enslave me further, and remove any future for my child through a constant attack on our liberties and freedoms.

i dont believe we are a danger to TPTB as we are (just) talking on these pages about stuff post SHTF when i believe TPTB will go the way of the dodo.

RE: Common Law
"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion.
The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is
wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts
they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions,
it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ...
And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not
warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of
resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as
to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost
in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from
time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It is its natural manure."
Thomas Jefferson
Woe to those who add house to house and join field to field, Until there is no more room, So that you have to live alone in the midst of the land!
Isaiah 5:8

you obviously didn't see the newspaper article regarding a woman who the poloce took 3 months to track her down because she had moved.
all she had done was say on facebook, that she would like to egg mr CaMoron.
3 months they took to find her and give her a polite and friendly check up.

The fact we have an aknowledged constitution means nothing to Parliamentary power, or the power of Parliament to legislate in their favour through "statute" law.
The real key to understanding power is to realise that fear is the only tool TPTB have, the fear of having your door kicked in by black uniformed thugs, the fear of monetary violence upon yourself and family under the guise of "justice", this is the only tool they really ever possess, but it is the strongest one of all.
We do indeed have the "right " to own weapons for the defence of the realm and our personal possesions, but this was taken away from us by parliamentary statute law, backed up by severe penalties for disobeying it. Until the majority of the people wake up and start realising that you have to take your rights, rather than having them given to you nothing will change.
No one can give me "rights", I pay no attention to these "laws" the "government" may or may not put in place. I am a sovereign being and shall do as I will, so long as I do not harm others in the process.
I fear not TPTB, or any other living being (apart from the wife) and shall not have their will implied upon me (apart from the wife).
In short, I do what I want, whether some little scrote deems it legal or not. That's the way it's always been, and that's how it shall remain. I shall not rise up, I shall subvert, divert and remain under the radar.

RE: Common Law
Has no one here heard of a man named Gandhi and his philosophy of civil disobedience?
I hear he brought an imperial nation to its knees and gained his country independence using a specific set of techniques.
Another man named Martin Luther King used the same skill set and changed the laws of an entire nation to his favor.
I hear a man named Nelson Mandella spent considerable time in prision for his beliefs and actions before he became president of his nation.
In all this efforts jail time was involved, beatings were involved, loss of liberty and property were involved, but the rights were finally secured.
How badly do you want yours ?
Or is it all huff and puff?

Every person should view freedom of speech as an essential right.
