The way things are heating up in the middle east I thought i'd take the precaution of stocking up on some grain pulses and rice. I aim to buy two 25kg bags of rice 10 kilos of dried red, pinto, haricot beans. 20kg of good porridge oats. I also want a treat put by so i'm going to buy a range of tinned fruit. If it really starts to kick off i'll try to get enough food to last me and my wife at least six months and eat well.

With all that Porridge, make sure you buy plenty of Golden syrup, it's not expensive and really makes a difference.
Stripped and repacked wifes and spoilt brats BOB's as they were long overdue, and as the plan is now more oriented towards bugging in rather than out they have been somewhjat slimmed down to 72 hours supplies rather than 168.
mostly general fitness, getting in shape etc

More home grown produce on the table hopefully next year.
It still needs a bit of work but nothing like the other one.
Plus as its higher up, it shouldn't be subject to as much flooding...

OFF I meant not of the council...
OH has just ordered some blackout material for the bedroom and front curtains.
